June 2015 - Tsunami helps two proposals in the Waste (SSCAR) and Water (SHINE) sectors respectively pass Stage 1 evaluation. The proposals have now been invited to proceed to the full proposal stage. The project coordinators are NUIG and TCD, respectively, and each has a projected grant value of ~ €7m.

April 2015 - futureSME client, Larkin Engineering, features in the Irish Times. futureSME carried out a Transformation programme in Larkin in 2014 under the Enterprise Ireland Lean Plus initiative. To find out how Lean Plus can be applied in your company, contact Denis.

December 2014 - Evalupyme, a leading business support consultancy in Madrid, is appointed exclusive master licensee for futureSME in Spain with access rights also to Latin America.

December 2014 - Leap Leadership is appointed as a licensee for futureSME in Ireland and will use the futureSME Transformation Process as the basis for its business improvement programmes.

November 2014 - NVP Energy, which has developed a low temperature anaerobic digester for wastewater treatment, was awarded a SME Instrument Phase 1 grant with the support of Tsunami.

September 2014 - SmartPly, a subsidiary of Coillte, the Irish state forestry and timber company, has been successful in an application to the ECO Innovation programme. The project involves replacement of chemical additives with bio-derived alternatives for wall panel manufacture. Tsunami worked with Coillte to deliver a successful proposal, valued at €4.5m

July 2014 - Congratulation to FDT Consulting Engineers & Project Managers, which has recently been approved for an ECO Innovation grant. The project, PUReOPE, will help to assist in the commercialisation of a process to extract polyphenols from waste streams in the food and beverage sector. The overall value of the project is €1.6m. Tsunami drafted the proposal and is providing project management support.

November 2013 - Tsunami is delighted to be associated with SCFI in Cork, which was recently successful with a €1.9m submission to the ECO Innovation programme. The project will help SCFI exploit the unique AquaCritox process for treating waste sludges. The project  commences in December 2013.

October 2013 - Tsunami partners with LEAP Leadership in order to deliver the futureSME Transformation programme to help businesses in Ireland improve their performance. Through the partnership, futureSME has been approved by ManagementWorks to deliver programmes to CEOs and business leadership teams in 2014. Contact Denis for more information.

March 2013 - Congratulation to RainSafe from Newtownmountkennedy, Co. Wicklow, which was recently awarded grant aid from the EU ECO Innovation programme. Total value is ~ €1.4m. RainSafe has developed a unique methodology for treating rain water to potable standards. Tsunami drafted the original submission.

June 2012 - A collaborative Eurostars proposal submitted by Tsunami has been shortlisted for funding. The project involves Irish and Dutch partners. The Irish partner is bhsl.

June 2012 - Tsunami approved as supplier of business enhancement programme by Enterprise Ireland. Companies can get grant aid of up to 80% for Lean Start and 50% for Lean Plus and Lean Transform. Contact Denis for a free consultation.

October 2011 - futureSME (of which Tsunami is a lead partner) has developed a unique Transformation Process for industrial and service companies which helps to dramatically improve their competitiveness.Contact for details.

July 2011 - Tsunami was successful in a collaborative proposal to the Eurostars programme, involving 3 partners in Ireland and Sweden. The Irish partners are Palfab Ltd and Innovative Total Solutions Ltd. Total grant value of the project is approximately 900K€.

March 2011 - Tsunami successfully procured an ECO Innovation project for a consortium of 5 partners across Ireland, the UK and Netherlands. The promoter is Biomass Heating Solutions Ltd. Total grant value approximately 800K€.

Tsunami specialises in improving the competitiveness of organisations, particularly SMEs, using the futureSME Transformation methodology. Tsunami is an approved supplier under the Enterprise Ireland Productivity Programme. EI clients can avail of substantial grant supports for improvement projects carried out by Tsunami.
